Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In The Stara Błotnica Commune C. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Code And Name Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Main Cpv Code: 90500000 - 2 Waste Services Additional Cpv Codes: 90511000 - 2 Waste Collection Services, 90512000 - 9 Waste Transport Services, 90513100 - 7 Household Waste Collection Services, 90533000 - 2 Economy Services Waste,90514000 – 3 Waste Recycling Services.3. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Of The Pzp3.1 Act. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract Who Directly Perform Activities Related To The Collection Of Waste From Real Estate (Drivers, Loaders). The Ordering Party Leaves It To The Contractor To Determine The Working Time And The Number Of People. 3.2. The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract (Article 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code) Does Not Apply To The Contractors (Subcontractors) Office Employees.3.3. The Employment Referred To Above Should Last Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period.3.4. Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of This Requirement Will Be The Submission By The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract Awarding Contract, Of A List Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Delegated To Perform The Contract, Indicating The Name And Surname Of The Person, Position, Type Of Employment And Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3.5. If It Is Necessary To Change - During The Duration Of The Contract - The Persons Referred To In Point 3.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Updated List Of Persons Referred To In Point 3.4. The Contractor Will Fulfill This Obligation Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Making The Change In Question.
