The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Expansion Of The District Road 1266K In Igołomia, Including Lighting, Drainage And Sidewalks - (Design): Together With Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Zrid Decision. The Aim Of The Task Is To Develop Design Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conduct A Tender Procedure And Then Perform Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of District Road No. 1266K Along With The Construction Of A Sidewalk. The Task Is Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Krakow County, Igołomiawawrzeńczyce Commune. The Design Documentation Will Be Used To Determine The Scope Of Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Relevant Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Obtained Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Zrid Decision (Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311). We Expect The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, For Which The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Legal Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Final Decisions, And Will Prepare An Application That Will Be Used To Obtain An Appropriate Administrative Decision On The Basis Of Which A Properly Functioning Building Will Be Built2. Scope Of The Task: - Development Of Design Documentation, Including: Conceptual Design (Max. 2 Variants) (Hereinafter: Concept) Consisting Of, Among Others: On: - Expansion/Reconstruction Of The District Road 1266K In The Town Of Igołomia In Accordance With The Attached Indicative Plan At Km 12+800 - 15+200, - Construction Of A Sidewalk, - Installation Of Lighting, - Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, - Construction/Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Exits, - Presentation Of Solutions For Draining Rainwater From The District Road Strip, I.E. Construction/Reconstruction Of The Drainage Of The Road System And/Or Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems And/Or Construction/Reconstruction Of Road Ditches, Construction Of Retention Reservoirs (If Necessary), - Reconstruction Of Conflicting Land Infrastructure Networks, - Demolition/Reconstruction Of Conflicting Fences, - Cutting Down Of Conflicting Greenery, - Construction Of Traffic Safety Devices, Including: Pedestrian Crossings In Built-Up Areas, Fences And Road Barriers (If Necessary), - Removal Of Conflicts/Reconstruction Of Above-Ground And Underground Technical Infrastructure Networks With The Designed Facility, - Removal Of Conflicting Land Development Elements Located In The Existing And Newly Designed Road With The Designed Facility
