1. The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Equipment For The Olioc Municipal Warehouse And Its Field Branches Necessary To Conduct Rescue Operations And Protect The Population.2. Detailed Descriptions Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 1A To No. 1D To The Swz. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into 4 Parts. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer For Each Part. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts, I.E. For One Selected Part Or For Any Number Of Parts. Part I Includes The Supply Of Tarpaulins, Tents, Flood Bags And Camp Beds. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Description Of Equipment Prepared For The Purposes Of This Order And Constituting Annex No. 1A To This Specification.3. All Costs Of Delivering The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Be Borne Solely By The Contractor. The Contractor Also Bears Full Responsibility For The Subject Of The Contract During Transport, Loading And Unloading To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.4. Required By The Ordering Party Min. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Specified In Each Of Part I, Part Ii, Part Iii And Part Iv Is 12 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 12 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.5. If The Contractor Does Not Offer Any Warranty Period In The Offer Form (I.E. Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order Blank), It Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 12-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations, Confirming The Proper Performance And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With: Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 7. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 8.
