The Order Is Implemented From The Budget Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship As Part Of A Special-Purpose Subsidy Granted For The Purchase Of An Ultrasound Device Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program Under Agreement No. 192/2025 Of October 7, 2025. Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Voivode Of Lower Silesia.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Shown And Described In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2), The Parameter Card (Appendix No. 2A) And In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Order Terms.3. The Contractual Conditions For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Include The Drafted Contract Provision, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Sign An Agreement Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data Together With The Conclusion Of The Agreement (In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To The Swz)
