The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New, Current Production Personal Protective Equipment And Products That Meet The Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Measures And Equipment Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivered Measures And Equipment Should Be Complete, Ready For Operation On The Day Of Delivery, And Should Have All Accessories Necessary For The Equipment. The Measures And Equipment Should Be Delivered With An Operating Manual In Polish. The Measures And Equipment Should Be Covered By A Warranty. Manufacturer, And In The Absence Of A Manufacturers Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Delivered Equipment With A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Above-Mentioned Delivered The Assortment Should Be Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, And If There Is A Need For The Contractor To Interfere With The Original Packaging Or Device, E.G.
