The Subject Of The Order Is The Scope Of The Service, Which Includes A Comprehensive Service Related To Catching And Keeping Homeless Animals From The Lubiszyn Commune In A Shelter, Including: 1) Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals, 2) Admitting An Animal To A Shelter (Including: Inspection Of The Animal By A Veterinarian, Vaccination Against Rabies, Deworming, Flea Control, Vaccinations Against Infectious Diseases), 3) Stay And Full Board For The Dog And Cat In A Shelter, 4) Sterilization Of A Female Dog, 5) Sterilization Of A Female Cat, 6) Castration Of A Dog, 7) Castration Of A Male Cat, 8) Permanent Marking Of The Animal + The Cost Of A Microchip, 9) Veterinary Procedures Necessary To Save The Life Or Health Of The Animal, 10) Activities In The Field Of Disposal Of Carcasses Of Dead Animals Under The Care Of The Shelter, 11) Transport Of Animals, Including From Another Shelter, 12) Cooperation With Ordering Parties In The Scope Of Undertaking Animal Adoption Activities. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 13) Conduct A 14-Day Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals And, In The Case Of Bites, Carry Out Observations For Rabies At A Facility Designated By The District Veterinary Officer, 14) Keep Records Of Animals And Submit Them To The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis - On A Monthly Basis, 15) Immediately Submit Them To The Ordering Party, Immediately After Catching The Animal, Information Containing A Short Description (Sex, Estimated Age, Special Marks, Size Of The Animal, Breed) Along With A Photo,16) Advertisements For Adoption Of Animals From The Lubiszyn Commune, By Providing Photos With A Description Of Appearance And Behavior Towards Other Animals And People On The Shelters Website,18) Informing The Ordering Party About Each Case Of The Animal Leaving (Put Up For Adoption, Dying, Euthanizing),19) Keeping The Animals In A Place Appropriate To The Size Of The Animal, Pen And If Two Or More Animals Are Placed In One Pen - Matching Them In Terms Of Size And Behavior In Relation To Other Animals, In Particular: A. Sufficient Amount Of Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water In Accordance With Applicable Standards, B.
