The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Medical Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine For Employees Of The Lublin City Hall, Interns, Members Of The Głusk Volunteer Fire Department Based In Lublin, Including: 1.1 Performing Comprehensive Preventive Examinations (Periodic, Preliminary And Control) Of Employees And Interns Of The Lublin City Hall To The Extent Resulting From Legal Provisions And Indications Regarding The Positions Held, As Well As Performing Other Tests If It Is Found Necessary For The Proper Assessment Of The Health Condition Of The Examined Person; 1.2 Performing Initial, Periodic And Control Examinations Of Members Of The Głusk Volunteer Fire Department Based In Lublin (Including A Firefighter And Rescuer Of The Volunteer Fire Department Taking Direct Part In Rescue Operations; Work At A Height Above 3 Meters Should Be Taken Into Account); 1.3 Performing Examinations Regarding The Issuance Of A Permit To Drive An Emergency Vehicle Along With Issuing A Psychological Certificate - Members Of The Głusk Volunteer Fire Department Based In Lublin; 1.4. Ensuring The Participation Of An Occupational Medicine Doctor In The Occupational Health And Safety Committee 1.5. Ensuring The Participation Of An Occupational Medicine Doctor In Visits To The Workplaces Of People With Certified Disabilities; 1.6 Registration Of Persons Subject To Examination And Performance Of Examinations Based On Individual Referrals Issued By The Ordering Party. 1.7 Carrying Out Tests After The Person Referred For Testing Has Registered By Telephone And/Or Online And/Or In Person And Has Set The Date And Time For The Start Of The Tests 1.8. Performing Tests Together With Issuing A Certificate From An Occupational Medicine Doctor
