1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance And Upkeep Of Drainage Ditches Maintained By The Municipal Management Department Of The Rzeszów City Hall, Located In The City Of Rzeszów. Size/Scope - The Scope Of The Service Includes: - Mowing Of Slopes And The Bottom Of The Ditch With A Total Length Of 20,837 M From Hard And Dense Grass With Raking - Clearing Of Bushes, - Desilting The Bottom Of The Ditch, - Manual Trimming The Slopes Of The Ditch, - Spreading The Soil From Trimming The Slopes, - Collecting Mown Grass And Removing Them, - Collecting Waste And Transporting It To The Landfill And Removing Blockages On An Ongoing Basis, - Desilting The Culverts, Performing 24-Hour Duty In Situations Of Flooding, Floods, Threats Related To Torrential Rains And Removing Blockages Until The High Water Level Subsides After Obtaining Information From The Employer, - Ensuring Proper Flow Of Water In The Ditches During Contract, - Maintenance Of The Retention Reservoir: Desilting The Bottom Of The Ditch And Removing Algae - Aesthetics And Maintaining Its Protective Steel Barriers, - Carrying Out A Rodent Control Operation In The Event Of Rodents On The Slopes Of Drainage Ditches, - Felling Trees And Maintenance Pruning. The Maximum Reaction Time For Removing Blockages And Removing Waste As Well As For Starting Duty During A Flood Was Up To 6 Hours From Notifying The Contractor By E-Mail And/Or By Phone By The Ordering Party. This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of The Non-Price Criterion - Response Time).2.
