1. The Scope Of The Order Includes 1.1. Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Ditches And Tanks By Performing Monthly Inspections By The Contractor And Providing Reports To The Ordering Party. 1.2. Ongoing Maintenance And Maintenance Of Drainage Ditches And Retention Reservoirs, Including: 1.2.1. Manual Mowing Of Grass And Lichen From Slopes, Bottoms And Crowns 1.2.2. Raking Up Cut Grass And Lichens 1.2.3. Manual And Mechanical Clearing Of Bushes 1.2.4. Removal Of Cut Branches To The Storage Site 1.2.5. Manual And Mechanical Desilting Of Watercourses And Reservoirs 1.2.6. Spreading The Excavated Material After Desilting Or Transporting It 1.2.7. Desilting Ditches 1.2.8. Cleaning And Repair Of Culverts 1.2.9. Strengthening The Slopes By Making Bands Of Pipes Or Fascine Fences 1.2.10. Repair Of Fascine Fences 1.2.11. Manual And Mechanical Replacement Of Pipes In Culverts 1.2.12. Repair Of Slopes Of Ditches And Tanks 1.2.13. Repairs Of Concrete Linings 1.2.14. Strengthening Slopes And The Bottom Of Streams With Slabs 1.2.15. Repair Of Slopes By Sowing 1.2.16. Repairing Fences With Supplementing The Mesh 1.2.17. Securing The Bottom And Slopes Of Ditches And Reservoirs With Geotextile 1.2.18. Cleaning The Surface Of Ditches And Operational Strips From Debris And Garbage, Including Removing Dirt 1.3. Performing Security Works Resulting From Devastation And Theft, Together With Reporting The Theft Or Damage To Property To The Police Station, Related To The Need To Ensure Ad Hoc Outflow Of Water From Flooded Areas Towards Ditches And, If Necessary, Pumping Water From Floodplains, And Related To The Need To Ensure The Patency Of Ditches (Including, Among Others, Removing Obstacles, Ad Hoc Removal Of Ice Blockages Impeding Water Outflow, Strengthening Embankments).
