The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Technical And Storage Equipment Along With Transport, Unloading And Bringing In In The Manner And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party As Part Of Its Own Task In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Included In The Key Areas Of Operation Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area Ii/3/1 (Part 1,2,3): Retrofitting Storage Bases In Local Government Units With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Situations Crisis, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 7 Parts: Part 1 Delivery Of Protective Materials (Foils, Tarpaulins, Polypropylene Bags)3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters.4. The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Equipment Must Come From Official Distribution Channels. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Item Delivered By The Contractor Is: A) Brand New, B) Free Of Physical And Legal Defects; C) Complete And Ready For Use; D) Approved For Trading. 4) The Delivered Devices Should Have A Manufacturers Warranty. 5) When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Identify The Offered Units (Among Many Available On The Market) And Assess Their Compliance With The Provisions Of The Swz, Provide In The Price Form - Data Allowing For The Unambiguous Identification Of The Product (Manufacturer, Model - For Parts 2, 4, 5 And 6) And Parameters.5) Lack Of Name Of The Manufacturer Or Model Will Result In Rejection Of The Contractors Offer As Inconsistent With The Swz.5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc.
