Quotation are Invited for Carry out Repair and Balancing of Impellers for Brine Recirculation Pump Carry out Repair and Balancing of Impellers for Brine Recirculationpump (Qty: 2 Nos)Scope of Work:1.#Carry out Complete Inspectio N of Impellers.2.#Perform Ndt (Non-Destructive Testing) to Identify Pitting, Cracks,or Other Damage.3.#Conduct Weld Repair on All Id Entified Pitting and Damaged Areas.4.#Grind and Finish the Repaired Areas to Achieve a Smooth Surface.5.#Perform Final Ndt to Confir M Repair Quality and Integrity.6.#Carry out Pre-Machining of Impeller Bore.7.#Apply Hvof (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) Coating on the Imp Eller Bore.8.#Machine the Bore to Final Size as Per the New Shaft Diameter(Dimensions to be Provided).9.#Perform Dynamic Balancing O F the Impeller in Accordance with Isograde G 2.5.10.#Prepare and Submit a Final Report Detailing Inspection, Repair,Coating Standard Terms & Conditions 1) Prices should be Ddp Delivery Duty Paid at Dewa Stores. 2) Quotation to be Submitted only in Local Currency u.a.e Dirhams 3) Dewa Standard Payment Terms is 30 Days Credit from the Date of Acceptance of Material 4) No Dewa Staff or His or Her Relatives up to Third Degree should have Ownership or Partnership in Your Company, and Your Participation in Dewa Tenders / Rfqs should not Constitute a Conflict or Perceived Conflict of Interest.
