The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Extension Of The Bicycle Trail Bug As A Tourists Paradise In The Siemiatycze Commune In The Towns Of Anusin (Plot No. 268/3) And Wólka Nadbużna (Plots No. 586/73, 381/27, 381/24, 380/1, 592). The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Necessary Preliminary Materials For The Implementation Of The Investment - I.E., Among Others Information Card Of The Project In Order To Obtain A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment;2) Preparing Construction Designs And Obtaining The Following Provisions Resulting From The Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Together With A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works;3) Carrying Out Ground Tests;4) Surveying Services;5) Preparing Technical Designs In Accordance With Applicable Law;6) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Designs;7) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Facilities Into Operation And Use;8) Designers Supervision;9) Obtaining A Decision From The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Siemiatycze For The Use Of The Facilities, If Required By Law;10) Ensuring A Guarantee Of Proper Performance Of The Works.
