4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For Reserve Wells Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Preparation And Equipment Of A Reserve Well In The Town Of Aleksandrów, Commune. Łuków, Plot No. 477/8 And Preparation And Equipment Of A Reserve Well In The Town Of Gołaszyn, Commune. Łuków Plot Number 210.4.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Determine That The Well Equipment Being The Subject Of The Delivery Meets The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm Compliance With The Parameters In Annex No. 1 To The Swz As Part Of This Procedure. Note: Annex No. 1 To The Swz Is An Integral Element Of The Offer And Is Not Subject To Supplementation Under The Principles Specified In Art. 128 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Completing The Form Confirms The Compliance Of The Product With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. If The Contractor Does Not Confirm The Required Parameters, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Subject To Art. 223 Of The Public Procurement Law.
