1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Cleaning Separators And Pre-Cleaning Devices, Aimed At Removing Deposited Polluting Material In The Form Of Petroleum Substances, Sand, Silt, Mud, Etc. On Provincial Roads In The Area Of Operation Of The Rdw In Pyrzyce, Together With The Removal And Disposal Of Waste.2. The Scope Of Work For All Separator Locations Includes: 1) Opening Manholes And Checking Their Condition, And In Case Of Damage, Recording The Above. Fact In The Separator Operation Service Card, 2) Removal Of All Impurities Accumulated In The Settling Tank And Separator, 3) Pressure Washing Of The Substrate, Walls And The Filtration System, 4) Pumping Out Impurities From The Separator And Settling Tank Using A Specialized Vehicle, 5) Checking The Technical Condition Of The Filters, And In Case Of Damage, Recording The Above. Fact In The Separator Operation Service Card, 6) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation; The Ordering Party Requires Photographic Documentation Before And After The Service To Confirm The Fact That The Service Has Been Performed. Photographic Documentation With A Description Of A Specific Cleaned Device (Location) Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Service Acceptance Protocol,7) Management Of The Waste Generated, Including Its Removal And Disposal,8) Closing Manholes And Proper Protection Of The Area,9) Cleaning The Area,10) Completing A Service Work Record Card For Each Device - The Documentation Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Service Acceptance Protocol,11) Providing The Ordering Party With A Waste Transfer Card Or Other Documents Confirming That The Waste Have Been Transferred To An Authorized Recipient For Disposal, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Status - The Documentation Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Service Acceptance Protocol.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Chapter C Of The Swz And In The Contract.
