1) Task No. 1: Purchase And Delivery Of 49 Tarpaulins Includes Tarpaulins - 49 Pieces: A) The Tarpaulins Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, B) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Used Or Reactivated Tarpaulins, C) The Tarpaulins Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents And An Operating Manual In Polish, D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Tarpaulins That Are The Subject Of The Order At Your Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Warehouse At Ul. Majerski 13, 16-400 Suwałki By December 4, 2025, E) The Order Also Includes Delivery And Transport (At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Responsibility) Of Tarpaulins To The Warehouse, I.E. 16-400 Suwałki, Ul. Majerski 13 On Working Days, Monday To Friday, From 9:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M., F) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 24-Month Warranty On The Delivered Tarpaulins. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Final, Fault-Free Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, G) The Ordering Party Considers The Following To Be Responsible For The Delivery Of The Tarpaulins: Delivery Of The Tarpaulins To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Bringing Them And Placing Them In The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, H) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order With The Utmost Care, I) The Contractor Is Responsible For Accidents And Damages Occurring During The Execution Of The Order.
