The Board Of Education Of School District #38 (Richmond) Is Inviting Proposals From Qualified Proponents For Furniture Design Consulting, Supply, Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of School/Office Furniture As Further Described In This Rfp. The District Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Or More Selected Proponents.On June, 2025, The Richmond Board Of Education Announced Plans For A K-7 School At 8671 Odlin Crescent, Richmond, Bc V6x 1G1. The Target Opening Date For The School Is September 1, 2026. The Winning Proponent(S) Must Complete Delivery, Assembly And Installation No Later Than July 31, 2026. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Held To Review The Scope Of Work And Site Conditions. Proponents Are Responsible For Ensuring Their Personnel Comply With The Prime Contractor’S Safety Protocols And Any Site-Specific Requirements.
