Tenders Are Invited For Ritarikatu, General Contractor

The Contract Includes The Works Of The Construction Of Ritarikatu To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents. In The Project, Water Supply, Cable Piping, Green Works And The Street Area Will Be Re-Paved. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Client In Accordance With Yse 98. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor In The Position Of Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And The Legislation. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. Purchases And Works Not Included In The Contract Are Detailed In Section 3.4 Other Developers Purchases Of The Contract Program. The Work Can Be Started When The Contract Has Been Signed, However, The Work Must Start No Later Than Two Weeks After The Contract Is Signed. The Work Must Be Ready And Received And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies Approved By 30 October 2026. The Work Will Be Done As A Total Price Contract. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Its Entirety As A Low-Emission Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Boundary Appendix. The Quantities Presented In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer Is The Cheapest In Terms Of Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Contractor Who Has A Contractual Relationship With The Customer Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
