The City Of Pori Is Tendering For The Organization Of A Training Tray For Vocational Labor Training In The Machine And Metal Industry In The Region Of Pori. The Object Of The Procurement Is Vocational Training In Accordance With The Act On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023). The Satakunta Employment Area Operates According To The Responsible Municipality Model, And The Responsible Municipality Is Pori. Other Municipalities In The Satakunta Employment Area Are Harjavalta, Jämijärvi, Kankaanpää, Karvia, Kokemäki, Merikarvia, Nakkila, Pomarkku, Siikainen And Ulvila. A Service Provider Is Sought Through Tendering In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Amount To Be Procured Is An Estimate That Can Be Under Or Over. The Amount To Be Procured Is Realized Within The Framework Of The Labor Authoritys Customer Needs And Annual Allocations. In The Implementation Of The Procurement, In Addition To The Procurement Act, The Act On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023) And The Governments Instructions And Regulations Issued Pursuant To It Are Followed. Target Group Of The Education The Training Is Intended For Professionals In The Mechanical And Metal Industry Who Want To Expand Their Professional Skills In Order To Find Employment. In Addition, The Target Group Includes Those Intending To Enter The Field Of Mechanical And Production Technology. The Training Is Intended For Jobseeker-Customers Of The Satakunta Employment Area. The Target Group Is Agreed Between The Service Provider And The Labor Authority On A Per-Education Basis. Objectives Of The Education The Aim Of The Education Is To Increase The Students Professional Skills To Meet The Needs Of Working Life And To Promote The Students Employment In Machine And Metal Industry Tasks. Key Content Areas Of The Education The Education Consists Of The Following Contents According To The Students Needs:• Personal Competence Development Plan (Hoks)• Education That Increases Professional Competence• License Cards Required For The Field (Included In The Price Of The Education)• Job Search Coaching/Business Planning• Learning On The Job The Optional Areas Of The Education Increase Professional Competence:• Installations And Automation• Machining• Sheet Metal And Welding Work• Welding• Sheet Metal And Welding Cnc Manufacturing• Sheet Metal Work• Robot Welding• Cad/Cam-2D Toolpath Manufacturing• Cad/Cam-3D Toolpath Manufacturing• Cnc Turning• Cnc Milling• Manual Machining• Machine Shop Measurement• Machine Installation• Hydraulic Installations• Pneumatic Installations• Pipeline Manufacturing• Aluminum And Stainless Steel Welding• Assembly Welding• Machine Installation• Maintenance Installation• Welding Qualification Training (Not Ped Qualification Test) The Provider Can Also Present Other Trainings That Increase Professional Competence Applicable To The Field. Training Packages Can Also Be Implemented From The Training Offer, Which Aim To Get New Employees Into The Mechanical And Metal Industry By Getting To Know The Tasks In The Field In Cooperation With Employers. During The Contract Period, If Necessary, Other Workforce Trainings Suitable For The Field Can Also Be Agreed Between The Customer, The Service Provider And, If Necessary, The Employers. The Duration Of The Training Is A Maximum Of 100 Student Working Days/Student. Implementation Of The Training Supervision Of The Training Takes Place On A Non-Stop Basis. Training Must Be Available All Year Round. In Addition, Separate Group Training Initiatives Can Be Agreed Upon. The Training Is Mainly Carried Out As Face-To-Face Teaching And May Also Include On-The-Job Learning. The Location Of The Training Is Pori. Implementation Of The Training To Be Procured And Term The Basic Contract Period Of The Procurement Is The Year 2026. The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Contract Indefinitely, With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Customer Decides On The Use Of The Option Period And The Decision Is Communicated To The Service Provider In Good Time. The Amount Is An Estimate That May Be Lower Or Higher. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right Not To Acquire The Training Presented In This Request For Tender. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates And Do Not Bind The Customer. The Quantitative Allocation Of Training Is Agreed Separately Between The Subscriber And The Service Provider. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Unit. More Detailed Content, Schedules And Methods Of Organization Of The Trainings Will Be Agreed With The Labor Authority. Implementation Of Training In The Employment Area Of Satakunna In 2025 In The Course Of 2025 (By October 2025), Approx. 1,840 Student Work Days Have Been Realized From The Machine And Metal Industry Training Tray. Basis Of Payment The Training Is Paid According To The Completed Student Working Days. Student Working Day A Student Working Day Is A Calculated Unit That Describes The Amount Of Training To Be Acquired. A Student Working Day Means A Working Period Of Seven Hours (7 X 45 Min). Multimodal Learning (Distance And Online Learning As Well As On-The-Job Learning) Is Measured In Such A Way That It Corresponds To Face-To-Face Teaching In Terms Of Workload. The Concept Does Not Require That Daily Work Always Lasts Seven Hours, Including Breaks. If Necessary, The Training Can Also Be Carried Out In Periods Or Part-Time, For Example As Evening And Weekend Training, So That These Parts Make Up A Total Of Seven Teaching Hours. In This Case, The Number Of Student Working Days To Be Recorded In This Contract And In The Customer Information System Is Obtained By Multiplying The Daily Study Time By The Number Of Study Days And Dividing The Thus Obtained Income By Seven Hours And Multiplying The Training By The Number Of Students (E.G. 4 Hours X 21 Days/7 Hours X 10 Students = 120 Student Working Days). During On-The-Job Learning Periods, The Normal Working Hours Of The On-The-Job Training Location Are Observed, Both In Terms Of The Length Of The Working Day, Possible Shift Work And Days Off.
