The Public Order Is For The Production And Delivery Of Mens And Womens Summer And Winter Work Clothing For The Needs Of Metropolitan Ead, Representing Personal Protective Equipment For The Protection Of The Body, Designed To Provide Protection Against The Effects Of Dust, Oils, Greases And Other Pollution And To Have Sufficient Strength, Durability, Minimal Shrinkage, Heat Resistance, As Well As Being Anti-Allergic. In Separate Positions, As Follows: Special Position 1: Manufacture And Supply Of Mens And Womens Summer Workwear Special Position 2: Manufacture And Supply Of Mens And Womens Winter Workwear According To Its Purpose, Work Clothing Should Meet The Requirements Of Standard Bds En Iso 13688:2013 Protective Clothing. General Requirements Or Equivalent. The Products Shall Be Manufactured In Full Compliance With The Employers Requirements Set Forth In The Technical Specifications. Important: This Procurement Is A Reserved Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 12, Para. 2 And Is Intended For Awarding Participants Under Art. 12 Para. 1 Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, As Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. ​​​​​​​​When Awarding The Public Procurement, Persons May Participate In Both Specific Positions, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their List Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position. In These Cases, The Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of The Present Public Procurement Procedure. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Can Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machinery, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Procedure For Awarding A Reserved Order, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If No Bids From Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Are Admitted. ​​​​​​​
