The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is A Study Of The Possible Technical Solutions For The Implementation Of A Site: Engineering: Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Site: Improvement Of The Inter-Block Space In Upi I, Quarter 138 And Upi Ii, Quarter 112, Sevlievo With An Approximate Total Square Footage Of 7,937M2, Of Which For The Reconstruction Of Pavement About 1,447 M2, Asphalt Pavement About 4,350 M2 And Parking Lots About 2140 M2., Including Replacement Of Existing Curbs With New Ones. The Goal Is To Develop A Working Project With Volume And Content According To Ordinance No. 4/ 21.05.2001 On The Volume And Content Of Investment Projects. All Intervention Activities Are Elements Of The Urban Environment, Relating To The Reconstruction Or Rehabilitation Or New Construction Of Surrounding Building Adjacent Areas, Streets And Their Adjacent Sidewalks And Provision Of Public Parking Lots. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Types Of Activities: ​Activity No. 1: Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Phase: The Investment Project Should Be Developed In Parts: - Geodesy; - Road; - Traffic Organization And Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety; - Safety And Health Plan; - Fire Safety; -Construction Waste Management Plan; - Accounting Documentation - Detailed Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Accounts For All Parts. When Developing The Project, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects Should Be Observed, With The Contractor Complying With The Requirements Of The Employer, Described In The Technical Specification, As Well As The Technical Rules And Norms For Design, Standards, Technical Instructions, Zut, Etc., Activity 2: Implementation Of Cmp: The Implementation Of The Smr Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit And After Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level Of Construction. Activity 3: Author Supervision During Construction: The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Designers Obligation To Fulfill His Duties As A Designer Performing Authors Supervision During The Construction And Commissioning Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Current Bulgarian Legislation. Preparation Of Executive Documentation And Cadastral Surveys Of The Entire Site In Accordance With The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register.
