Within The Scope Of This Order, The Delivery Of Small Office Equipment Without Furniture, Intended For Assignment To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Will Be Carried Out, According To Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code, Approved By Decision Of The Ministry Of Justice 591/18.07.2016, According To The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification, Attached To This Documentation. On The Basis Of 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Ppzop, The Order Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. The Subject Of The Order Includes Items That Fall Under The List Of Goods And Services Defined By The Council Of Ministers On The Proposal Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy With A Decision In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms, Which Are Intended To Be Awarded To Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives For People With Disabilities Or For Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.
