The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Purchase Of Repair And Maintenance Services, Including Itp, For The Multi-Brand Vehicles In The Fleet Of The Court Of Accounts, Used Both At The Headquarters In Bucharest And At The Chambers Of Accounts / Regional Audit Directorates: Ilfov, Argeș, Buzău, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Prahova, Teleorman. The Technical Specifications Requested By The Contracting Authority Can Be Found In The Specifications. The Public Procurement Procedure Will Be Completed By Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 (Forty-Eight) Months, Without Resuming The Competition, With All Economic Operators Whose Offers Were Declared Admissible, Following The Application Of The Best Value For Money Award Criterion. During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That A Minimum Of 4 (Four) Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded - A Maximum Of 10 Subsequent Contracts. The Duration Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be A Minimum Of 1 (One) Month, A Maximum Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be Made According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Budget Funds That Will Be Allocated For This Purpose. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded Without The Resumption Of Competition In Seap, To The Operator Ranked First In The Ranking, Following The Application Of The Award Criterion. In The Situation Where The Economic Operator Ranked First Is Unable To Respond To The Contracting Authoritys Request, The Subsequent Contract Will Be Concluded With The Economic Operator Ranked Next. If The Economic Operator Ranked Second Is In Turn Unable To Respond To The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Subsequent Contract Will Be Concluded With The Economic Operator Ranked Next, Etc.
