The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out An Inventory Of The Network And Technological Ducts, And To Design Technological Ducts In The City Of Suwałki In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With An Attached Drawing Showing The Scope Of Work. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Performed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications Appropriate To The Functions That Will Be Entrusted To Them. 4. Due To The Fact That The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Public Procurement Law Act Of September 11, 2019, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Not Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Economic Operators Or Products. The Subject Matter Of The Contract May Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Economic Operator, If The Contractor Cannot Describe The Subject Matter Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Manner, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
