The Work Advertised Here In The 2026 Construction Phase Includes Equipping The Halls With Special Chair And Table Furniture Designed To Suit The Integration And Use Of Conference Technology, Taking Into Account The Specifications For Room Design And A Sufficiently Efficient Disassembly And Assembly Option Depending On The Required Seating Scenario, Good Handling Of The Individual Table Components, Space-Saving Stackability And Transport Options. Ten Rooms Are To Be Equipped: Large Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 470 M²), Medium Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 250 M²), Tower Halls (4X Approx. 145 M²) And Press Rooms (2X Approx. 136 M²). The Table Furniture Must Be Customer-Specifically Developed, Designed And Manufactured Based On The Project-Specific Requirements Described In The Specifications; A Modification Of Commercially Available Standard Products Is Not Sufficient. By Submitting The Offer, The Bidder Declares That They Can Fully Fulfill The Scope Of Services Including Development, Construction, Prototyping And Series Production. Evidence Of Development Competence Must Be Presented Upon Request By The Client. To Carry Out The Advertised Service, Workshop And Assembly Planning Must Begin No Later Than 10 Working Days After Receipt Of The Order Letter. Since The Project Schedule Must Be Adhered To, A High Level Of Prefabrication Is Required To Ensure A Sufficiently Rapid Construction Process In The Reichstag Building. Trial Structures And Prefabrication Should Therefore Take Place In The Workshop From The Beginning Of 2026. The Installation Work On Site Will Take Place From July 2026 For The Majority Of The Service In A Time Window Of Eight (8) Weeks, Which Requires Parallel Work In The Different Rooms. The Tendered Service Is To Be Completed In September 2026.
