Request for proposals for Security Guard Service For FY26 & 27 The security guard is part of the implementation of WVI Cooperate Security Standards and Manual concerning office building and entrance security standards and protocols. Thus, the selected Contractor shall provide security guards who have competency to perform and manage the followings: 1. Access Control 2. Hostile Surveillance and Reconnaissance Detection 3. Patrolling 4. Standard Operating Procedures Instructions for security personne 5. Prevention of the unauthorized removal of WVI property At each exit/entry 6. Fire Drills 7. Crime Scene Protection 8. Maintenance of Reports Your offer, comprising of a Technical Proposal and Finance Proposal, should be submitted together in accordance with Section 1, should reach the following address no later than 17:00 hrs on 26 November, 2025.
