Thus, the selected Contractor shall provide security guards who have competency to perform and manage the followings: 1. Access Control 2. Hostile Surveillance and Reconnaissance Detection 3. Patrolling 4. Standard Operating Procedures Instructions for security personne 5. Prevention of the unauthorized removal of WVI property At each exit/entry 6. Fire Drills 7. Crime Scene Protection 8. Maintenance of Reports Your offer, comprising of a Technical Proposal and Finance Proposal, should be submitted together in accordance with Section 1, should reach the following address no later than 17:00 hrs on 26 November, 2025.
