Expression of Interest for Consultancy services - Develop a Natural Capital and Biodiversity Action Plan individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest in the form of an updated curriculum vitae along with a cover letter, and any necessary attachments, indicating relevant qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services. Eligibility In order to comply with CDBs integrity requirements, consultants shall not: a. be subject to sanctions invoked by the United Nations (UN) Security Council under Chapter VII of the Charter of the UN; b. have engaged in Prohibited Practices, as detailed in Paragraph 2.02 a) of the Procedures for Dealing with Fraud and Corruption in CDB-Financed Projects[1] (October 2014 or as updated from time to time); c. be suspended or debarred by CDB for engaging in the Prohibited Practices referenced in (b) above; d. be publicly debarred by an MDB subject to the Agreement on Mutual Enforcement of Debarment Decisions in their own right, or under above-mentioned agreement; or e. be subject to a conflict of interest that would undermine the consultants ability to provide professional, objective, and impartial advice.
