In This First Project Phase, The Content Of The Course Development Should Be Developed, The Structure Of The University Should Be Defined Conceptually And In The Corporate Legal Structures, Resource And Time Planning For The Founding Should Be Drawn Up, A Marketing Concept Should Be Developed And A Business Case With Investment Planning Should Be Drawn Up. Details Are Explained In The Project Description (Appendix B1, Under 3.1). A Fixed Flat Rate Fee Must Be Offered For Project Phase I. The Following Project Phases Ii To Iv Are Linked To These Milestones As Results Of The Services To Be Provided: - Project Phase Ii: Detailed Planning From The Memorandum Of Understanding To Negotiated Contracts Ready For Signature, So That A Separate Functioning Entity For The Hmo Can Be Founded. The Accreditation Process Is Finally Being Prepared. The First Marketing Measures Are Being Implemented. - Project Phase Iii: Implementation Planning And Start Of Implementation Including Staff Expansion To Set Up The Administrative And Governance Structures, Preparation Of Teaching And Research Operations And Implementation Of Marketing Measures To Attract Students And Teaching Staff. The Accreditation Process Is Successfully Completed. - Project Phase Iv: Concrete Preparation Of The Study Operations Including Implementation Of The First Selection Process For Students. Hourly Or Daily Fee Rates Are To Be Offered For These Project Phases Ii To Iv. The Client Has Option Rights To Commission These Project Phases (Stage Service Contract). Overall, The Project Phases Described Should Be Carried Out Over A Target Period Of 2.5 Years.
