Bids Are Invited For The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Company Specialized In Providing Watchman/Guard Services For Praça General Osório, Located In The Urban Perimeter Of The Municipality Of Quaraí, Whose Specifications Are Detailed In The Terms Of Reference, Annex I Of This Notice And Other Annexes.

Provision Of Services For The Execution Of Unarmed Surveillance Activities In Praça General Osório, Located In The Urban Perimeter Of The Municipality Of Quaraí, With The Purpose Of Ensuring Property Security, Maintenance Of Order And Preservation Of Public Space. Operations:•Daytime: From 8Am To 12Pm;•Afternoon Period: From 3Pm To 7Pm. The Contracted Company Must Provide Two (02) Guards Per Day, In Order To Ensure Continuous Coverage And Simultaneous Action At Different Points In Praça General Osório. Professionals Will Work Simultaneously On Both Shifts, Totaling Eight (08) Daily Hours Of Service, To Be Provided From Monday To Sunday, Including Holidays. The Duties Of The Watchmen/Guards Will Include, Among Others:* Inspecting And Restricting Acts Of Vandalism, Depredation Or Improper Use Of Public Space;* Watching Over Street Furniture, Green Areas And Other Public Assets Located In The Square;* Immediately Reporting To The Competent Authority Any Occurrence That Involves A Risk To Security Or The Integrity Of Public Property;* Providing Guidance Basic Information To Regulars, When Necessary, In A Courteous And Respectful Manner;* Maintain Appropriate Posture, Punctuality And Commitment To Providing Good Service To The Community. The Contracted Company Must Have A Head Office Or Branch Established In The Municipality Of Quaraí, In Order To Guarantee Prompt Response To Requests From The Administration, Operational Support For Professionals On Duty And An Immediate Response To Any Emergency Situations That Require Reinforced Security. The Execution Of Services Must Comply With The Standards Of Safety, Hygiene, Conduct And Other Applicable Legal Requirements, As Well As The Guidelines Of The Sector Responsible For Supervising The Contract.
