Architectural And Related Services – Heidelberg University Hospital Replacement New Building Zsva (Central Sterile Goods Supply Department) - General Planning Services, Service Phases 2-8. The Existing Sterile Supply Facility At Heidelberg University Hospital At Neuenheimer Feld 670 Was Built Around 35 Years Ago And Requires Structural Upgrades In The Form Of A New Building. The New Building Is Intended To Cover All The Necessary Functional/Personnel Areas Of A Modern Cssd, Including The Formation Of An Independent Awt Station, Which Ensures The Entire Supply Of Sterile Goods For The Neuenheimer Feld. Due To The Available Building Space And The Short Connection To The Existing Underground Awt And Media Corridors, The New Cssd Building Is To Be Located In Front Of The Existing Medical Supply Center (Vzm) Building, Which Ensures The Supply And Disposal Of The Clinical Functional Areas Of The Heidelberg University Hospital At The Neuenheimer Feld Location In Heidelberg. The Replacement Building Must Be Planned By The General Planner With An Optional Extension Option. The Optional Additional General Planning Services Relate To The “Refined Shell” Without Any Use-Specific Interior Work. A Feasibility Study Was Carried Out In Advance Of This Tender. The Results Can Be Found In The Award Document G_ Planning And Information Document The Scope Of Services Lph 2-8 For General Planning Services, In Particular The Service Images • Object Planning Buildings And Interiors • Specialist Planning, Structural Planning • Specialist Planning Technical Equipment Elt + Hls • Specialist Planning Technical Equipment Conveyor Technology • Object Planning Outdoor Facilities • Building Physics The Milestones For The Implementation Of The Project Provide: - Start Of Work: March 2026 Directly After Completion Of The Procedure - Completion Of Lph 3: December 15, 2026 - Start Of Construction: Beginning Of 2028 - Completion: Mid-2031 The Cost Forecast (As Of Q2/2025) Of The Project (Kg 200-600) Is Estimated At Approx. €73.0 Million Net, And Is Divided Into The Following Breakdown Of The Kg: - Kg 200 Approx. €0.75 Million - Kg 300 Approx. €20.5 Million - Kg 400 Approx. €49.3 Million - Kg 500 Approx. €1.7 Million - Kg 600 Approx. €0.6 Million Conditions For Executing The Order: The Project Will Be Implemented Using The Building Information Modeling (Bim) Working Method. For This Purpose, The Client Information Requirements (Aia) Define In A Binding Manner Organizational Structures And Responsibilities As Well As Essential Processes, Quality Controls, Software Solutions And Formats. Furthermore, Concrete Sustainability Criteria Are Specified For The Project, Which Must Be Taken Into Account In The Further Course Of The Project. The Information And Documents For The Aia Will Be Made Available To The Invited Bidders In The Second Stage Of The Process (Offer And Concept Phase). When The Contract Is Concluded, The General Planner Is Initially Commissioned With Service Phases 2 And 3 In Accordance With Hoai. The Following Service Phases And Partial Services Should Be Ordered Optionally. The Ukhd Reserves The Right To Commission Individual Service Phases On A Pro Rata Basis. The Ukhd Also Reserves The Right To Only Charge Individual L For A Single Service Phase
