Aok Plus Supports Health-Promoting Activities In Companies With Behavioral And Relationship Preventive Interventions. The Aim Is To Specifically Improve The Individual Behavior Of Employees As Well As The Working Conditions And The Operational Environment And To Promote The Long-Term Health Of All Employees. With The Help Of Specific Analyzes/Screenings, A Companys Workforce Is Intended To Be Sensitized And Informed About Various Health Topics. As Part Of A Health Day In Companies, These Specific Analyzes/Screenings Should Be Offered In A Simple, Low-Threshold And Needs-Oriented Manner And The Importance Of Employee Health Should Also Be Brought Into Focus. The Cooperation Partner Implements The Analyzes/Screenings Based On Needs And Advises On A Health-Promoting Lifestyle In Accordance With The Service Description (Appendix 1 Of The Participation Application). The Contract Is Concluded As Part Of A So-Called Open House Procedure, I.E. H. A Cooperation Agreement Is Concluded With Each Interested Company That Meets The Participation Requirements, Specifying Uniform Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure. The Purchase Quantity Is Unknown When The Agreement Is Concluded And Depends In Particular On The Needs Of The Corporate Customer As Well As The Selection From The Cooperation Partners Contractually Bound Within The Framework Of This Process, Which Only The Corporate Customer Makes. On Average, One Cooperation Partner Receives Around 10 Orders Per Year. These Quantities Are Based On Past Experience. The Quantities Stated Are For Guidance Only And Do Not Represent A Binding Purchase Volume. The Client Is Not Obliged To Call Up A Specific Amount Under The Cooperation Agreement. If Necessary, The Cooperation Agreement Can Be Accessed By Individual Order. Interested Companies (Applicants) Can Access The Participation Documents Via The Link To The Project Room Of The German Procurement Portal (Dtvp) Mentioned Under Point 5.1.11 Of This Announcement. This Requires Registration On The Procurement Platform (Dtvp) And Activation Of Access To The Project Room By The Client. Registration And Activation For The Project Room Is Free Of Charge. The Participation Documents Must Be Filled Out Completely And Submitted Via The Communication Module In The Project Room Of The Award Platform. If It Is Not Possible To Sign The Cooperation Agreement With A Qualified Electronic Signature, It Must Be Signed By Hand And Sent By Post In Duplicate
