The Municipality Of Aschheim Intends To Create An Educational Facility That Is Prepared For The Future By Modernizing, Converting And Expanding The Existing Celtic Primary School, Which Is Currently Designed For Around 400 Students. In The Third Construction Phase Of This Project, An Extension Building, A Replacement Building For The Auditorium And A New Entrance Building Will Be Built. The Newly Created Rooms Will Accommodate The Administration With School Management, Classrooms And Group Rooms, School Meals, Each With The Associated Ancillary Rooms (Toilet, Etc.) And Circulation Areas (Corridors, Stairs). The Tender Contains The Usual Power Installation, Lighting And Fmt Installation Equipment For The New Functions With The Corresponding Connection To The Existing Structures. Electrical Systems Must Be Installed In The Building To The Following Extent: Sun Protection And Ventilation Opening Controls For Approx. 180 Motors, Approx. 11 Sub-Distribution Boards With Approx. 500 Circuits, Approx. 2,000 M Of Supply And Riser Cables, Approx. 25,000 M Of Installation Cables, Approx. Installation Ducts, Laying Systems And Empty Pipes, Fire Protection, Dismantling And Reassembly Of Approx. 90 Loudspeakers And Approx. 180 Fire Detectors, Each With A Cable Network And Connection To The Existing Building, Approx. 5 Door Locking Systems With Magnetic Locks, Approx. 9,000 M Of Computer Network, Dismantling And Disposal Of Electrical Components As Part Of The Removal Of Temporary Structures, Construction Power Supply And Construction Route Lighting Throughout The Entire Construction Period.
