The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of It Equipment For Educational Institutions In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For Each Task Separately. The Order Includes: 1. Robot With Markers - 52. Inkjet Printer - 13. Boombox - 24. B&W Laser Printer With Double-Sided Printing - 15. Interactive Monitor 65 Inches - 76. Interactive Monitor With Ops 65 Inches - 37. Portable Bluetooth Speaker - 38. Laptop For A Teacher With Software - 489. Set Of 3D Pens - 110. Robot For Learning Programming - 1 The Contractor Will Complete The Delivery, Including: Purchase Or Production, Packaging, Loading, Transport With Insurance For The Duration Of Transport, Unloading, Bringing, Depositing, And Placing In The Rooms/Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing With At Least 3 Days In Advance Of The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. Delivery Can Only Take Place During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. Between 8.00 A.M. And 3.00 P.M. The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Be Products Of: High Quality, Brand New, Unused And Free From Material And Legal Defects And Third Party Claims, And Must Be Approved For Use In Educational Institutions. It Equipment And Teaching Aids Must Meet The Minimum Requirements In Terms Of Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Offered Equipment Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark (If Applicable), Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards And Have The Necessary Safety Certificates, Approvals, Iso 9001 Certificates For The Equipment Manufacturer. The Contractor Declares That It Provides Authorized Sla Service For The Equipment In Poland For Up To Three Weeks, Service And Technical Support In Polish And Operating Instructions In Polish (Not Necessarily In Paper Form). Together With Each Piece Of Equipment, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Instructions For Use In Polish Or With Translation Into Polish. Polish, 2) Manufacturers Documentation, 3) Media On Which The Software Was Recorded (If Applicable). Ownership Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After The Ordering Party Signs The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered/Performed Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
