Króla Maciusia 5 In Warsaw - Stage I, Which Includes The Following Works: A) Dismantling Works Of The Lightning Protection System, Sheet Metal Flashings, Parts Of Gutters Not Suitable For Renovation And Removal Of Loose Plasters From Ventilation Chimneys And Some Of The Vertical Elements In Accordance With The Drawing. B) Cleaning The Roof Covered By The Study. C) Laying Mfp Boards Thick. 22 Mm On A Trapezoidal Sandwich Panel Covering. D) Preparation Of Underlay And Top Covering. It Is Possible To Replace It With Cement-Fiber Boards. The Material Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Designer. E) Installation Of New Flashings And Gutters As Well As A Gutter Strip Made Of Galvanized Coated Sheet Metal. Color To Be Agreed With The Investor. F) Installation Of A New Aluminum Lightning Protection Installation At Distances In Accordance With The Current Standard And Measurement Of The Resistance Of This Installation After Its Installation. G) Repairs Of Plaster On Chimneys And Other Vertical Elements. The Scope Of Work In The Part Relating Only To Stage I Is Included In: - Technical Documentation - Executive Design; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; - Draft Contract – Annex No. 3.4.3.
