The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Demolition Works: • Demolition Of Partition Walls Along With Dismantling Of Door Frames And Door Leaves; • Dismantling Of Existing Tiles And Terracotta; • Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Facilities; • Dismantling Of Existing Electrical Equipment Located In Toilet Rooms - Back-Up Rooms (Lighting, Light Switch, Electrical Sockets). - Works Related To Change Of Use: • Construction Of An Acoustic Wall On A Steel Structure Separating The Newly Created Room;• Relocation Of The Electrical Cabinet;• Installation Of Additional Electrical Sockets And Lighting In The Room;• Laying A New Floor In The Newly Created Room;• Filling And Painting The Walls;• Completing Suspended Ceilings.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, Therefore They Must Be Carried Out In Stages And In A Way That Minimizes Inconvenience To Users.
