1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Task Titled: Reconstruction, Expansion And Modernization Of The Town Hall In Tuchów2. The Scope Of This Order Includes The Reconstruction, Expansion And Modernization Of The City Hall Facility Located On Plot No. 1621/2, District 0001 Tuchów. A Rectangular Plot With Dimensions Of Approx. 93 M X 61 M Constitutes The Square Of The Market Square.3. The Scope Of This Order Also Includes The Construction Of An External Elevator In The Courtyard Of The Town Hall, Which Will Connect The Levels From The Basement To The First Floor Of The Building And Enable The Use Of The Entire Facility By People With Limited Mobility, In Addition, It Is Planned To Build A New Band Around The Town Hall Building From Granite Cubes With A Width Of 120 Cm To 170 Cm, In Place Of The Existing Concrete Block Band, It Will Be Dismantled, The Internal Communication System Around The Town Hall Will Not Change, The Ramps From The Parking Lot Side Will Not Change, And Access To Public Roads And Parking Spaces For Disabled People Does Not Change Either.4. As Part Of The Investment Project, It Is Also Planned To Rebuild The Basement Of The Town Hall And Adapt These Rooms To Accommodate: 4.1. Corridors,4.2. Locker Room, 4.3. Sanitary Rooms4.4. Moreover, It Is Planned To Demolish The Internal Stairs Leading From The Hall On The Ground Floor Of The Town Hall To The Basement, So That Access To The Planned Rooms In The Basement Will Only Be Possible From The Outside Through The Existing External Stairs Leading From The Courtyard To The Basement And Through The Designed Elevator. A Cleaning Room Is Planned On The Ground Floor, In Place Of The Demolished Stairs. The Project Includes Completing The Ceiling In Place Of The Demolished Stairs, Finishing The Floor, Installing The Water And Sewage System And Installing A Utility Sink, A Tap With A Connector And A Drain Grate In The Floor. The Method Of Use And The Utility Program Of The Remaining Part Of The Ground Floor And First Floor Remain Unchanged. As For The External Part Of The Roof, It Is Planned To Replace The Roof Covering Of The Town Hall Tower Made Of Copper Sheet With An Identical Material, I.E. Copper Sheet. 6. The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Implemented In Stages Agreed Between The Parties, In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Of Implementation Submitted By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party, Including A Division Into Individual Stages Of Implementation, Along With A List Of Works/Works And Their Completion Dates. 7.
