1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Cuvette Tests For The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Specified In The Material And Price Form Was Determined On The Basis Of Current And Planned Demand And Analysis Of The Supply Of Cuvette Tests Over The Last 24 Months. The Analysis Of Deliveries Made Over The Last 24 Months Shows That Due To The Fact That The Vast Majority Of Purchases Are Made For Scientific Research Purposes, It Is Very Difficult To Predict The Repeatability Of Quantities And Assortments. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Within The Contractual Amount, To Make Quantitative Changes (Reduce/Increase) The Subject Of The Order Specified As Product Groups In Individual Items Of The Item And Price Form, Due To Needs That The Ordering Party Cannot Precisely Predict Both At The Stage Of Preparation Of The Procedure And During The Term Of The Contract. In The Event Of Unused Contractual Amount During The Term Of The Contract, The Orderer Reserves The Right To Extend The Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract.3.
