1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Design And Construction Works (Design And Build Formula) For The Investment Called Reconstruction And Equipment Of The Building At Ul. Mościckiego In Płock For The Purposes Of Establishing And Operating The Social Support Center. The Material Scope Includes Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction, Expansion And Change Of Use Of The Building At Ul. Mościckiego In Płock For The Purposes Of Establishing And Operating The Social Support Center With The Necessary Equipment, Including A Day Care Home For People Aged 60+, 10 Supported Apartments And 6 Apartments With The Status Of Municipal Apartments. The Project Includes The Following Scope: Scope I - Preparation Of Design Documentation. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Obtaining All Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions, Deviations And Obtaining The Appropriate Consent/Approvals Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Allowing The Performance Of Construction Works, I.E. A Building Permit, Effective Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Construction Or Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, Depending On What Is Appropriate, And If Necessary Or Necessary, Obtaining More Than One Such Consent For Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building At Ul. Mościcki For The Needs Of The Social Support Center. Scope Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For Investments Resulting From Scope I And Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Complete As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Together With A Certificate From The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso), Confirming The Connection Of The Micro-Installation To The Power Grid, I.E. The Correct Production Of Electricity And The Cooperation Of The Micro-Installation With The Power System, And Effective Notification Of The Local Unit Of The State Fire Service About The Completion Of Works On The Photovoltaic Installation, I.E. Confirmation Of The Implementation Of The Micro-Installation In Accordance With Fire Protection Regulations. And Obtaining And Providing The Ordering Party With Consent/Consents From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority For The Use Of The Investment. Scope Iii - Authors Supervision As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement And As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In §13 Section 2 Point 3 Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation - In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Agreement.
