1. The Subject Of The Order Is Service And Emergency Repairs Of The Supply And Exhaust Installation And Air Conditioning Devices Installed In Office Rooms And Buildings Managed By Kzgm In Katowice.2. Service Activities Include, Among Others: On: 1) Checking The Technical Condition Of Devices; 2) Maintenance Of The Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Installation And Air Conditioning Devices, Consisting Of Replacing Air Filters, Cleaning The Ventilation Chamber, And Taking Current Measurements Of The Motors; 3) Cleaning Supply And Exhaust Diffusers; 4) Replacing Air Filters Of The Indoor Unit And Air Conditioners; 5) Cleaning The Condensate Drainage System And Possibly Replacing The Condensate Pump Filters; 6) Cleaning Filters Of External Units; 7) Disinfection Of Evaporators And Condensate Trays Using Agents That Meet The Standards Approved For Use In The Eu (Including Liquids, Tablets, Disinfectants) With Virucidal And Bactericidal Properties, Including Legionella And Listeria, And Preventing The Formation Of Mold And The Associated Odor; 8) Checking The Automation System Of The Devices, I.E. Checking The Functionality And Proper Operation Of All Elements And Parameters Of The Devices In Accordance With The Applicable Manufacturers Guidelines; 9) Inspection Of Devices With Possible Refilling Of The Cooling Or Heating Factor, Taking Into Account That Each Of The Ordering Partys Devices Meets European Standards In Terms Of Quality And Environmental Protection, Including That The Cooling Factor In Air Conditioning Devices Is Not Harmful To The Environment And Is Not Subject To Replacement Or Disposal, As Is The Case With The R410a Factor. 10) Checking The Pressure And Tightness Of The Refrigeration System. 2.
