The Car With The Charging Station Should Be: 1) Fully Configured For Immediate Use. 2) Manufactured In 2025. 3) Brand New, Unused, Complete, Technically Functional, Free From Legal Defects (All Rights Of Third Parties And Other Encumbrances And Security Measures), Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects, Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And Other Implementing Acts; With Approval (Enabling The Vehicle To Be Registered In The Eu In Accordance With Applicable Regulations).
