The Order Includes A One-Off Delivery Of Diesel Oil (On) To Tanks Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Services Plant In Hrubieszów Based In Świerszczów For The Needs Of The Hrubieszów Commune. The Quantity Of Delivery Is 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) Liters. The Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of September 22, 2021 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1950, As Amended) And Comply With The Pn-En 590: 2023-06 Standard Or Equivalent. If The Ordering Party Refers To The Names Of Standards, Technical Parameters Or Quality Requirements, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, Provided That The Offered Fuel Meets Requirements No Worse Than Those Specified Above. The Fuel Must Be Intended For Use In Diesel Engines, Including Power Generators, Free From Contamination, Sediment And Water. The Contractor Must Have A Current License For Trading In Liquid Fuels Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Pursuant To The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law /Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended.
