Part I: Providing Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People - For Men - 12 The Service Consisting In Providing Shelter To Homeless People From The Czeladź Commune In Support Centers - Shelters For Homeless People Will Be Implemented In Accordance With: The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Regulation Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms Of April 27, 2018 (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). The Shelter Should Guarantee: Period Of Service Provision: The Shelter For Homeless People Provides Services All Year Round, 7 Days A Week. Form Of The Service Provided: 24/7 Availability Staying In A Shelter, Including Providing A Place To Sleep In A Heated Room, The Temperature Of Which Is Not Lower Than 20°C. 1) 24-Hour Access To The Premises Where The Task Will Be Carried Out, 2) Daily Meals: 3 Meals A Day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Including 1 Hot Meal - Dinner, Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition From Nutritious Products With The Caloric Value Of One Meal Suitable For Adults. It Is Allowed To Prepare A Meal As Part Of Culinary Training. Preparation And Serving Of Meals Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Provided For In The Provisions Of The Relevant Sanitary, Epidemiological And Hygienic Regulations, 3) A Separate Bed With Bedding, 4) A Separate Place In The Wardrobe, A Chair And A Place At The Table, 5) Sanitary Conditions Enabling The Maintenance Of Personal Hygiene, Including The Provision Of Basic Cleaning Products: Warm Water, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Washing Powder, Etc., 6) Personal Underwear And Clothing And Footwear Appropriate To The Season For People Of This Type Deprived,7) A Common Room Room Enabling Spending Free Time,8) Premises Adapted For People With Disabilities,9) A Place For Storing Personal Belongings,10) A Place For Preparing And Eating Meals,11) Hot Drinks During Low Temperatures, 12) The Possibility Of Performing Daily Hygiene Procedures,13) Necessary Cleaning Products,14) The Necessary Clothing For The Time Necessary To Wash And Dry Ones Clothes, 15) The Possibility Of Washing, Drying And Ironing Ones Clothes, 16) In Cases Requiring It - Providing Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Assistance With Eating Meals, Hygiene Activities (Washing, Bathing, Making The Bed, Administering Medications Recommended By A Doctor),17) Access To A Free, Publicly Available 1 (One) Refrigerator,18) Access To A Free, Publicly Available 1 (One) Television Set Located In The Shelters Common Room,19) Necessary Assistance In Dealing With Personal Matters,20) During Periods Of Low Temperatures And In Emergency Cases, The Contractor Cannot Refuse To Admit Homeless People From The Czeladź Commune To The Shelter.
