The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Liquid Fuels For Vehicles And Equipment At The Disposal Of The District Roads Authority In Jędrzejów, In Estimated Quantities: Diesel Oil - 30,000 Liters; Lpg Gas - 3,000 Liters; Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 – 3,000 Liters. Liquid Fuels Will Be Sold At Gas Stations In The Town Where The Ordering Party Is Based Or Other Stations Located Within The District, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship And The Entire Country Under The Contractors Control, At Least From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. And At Cooperating Stations That Accept Fuel Cards Issued To The Ordering Party By The Contractor, Used For Cashless Settlement Of Purchased Fuel, Taking Into Account The Fixed Discount Offered In The Offer Form. Quota. The Specified Amounts Of Liquid Fuels Are Estimated Quantities And As Such Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims Regarding The Amount Of Liquid Fuels Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period. Settlements Will Be Made Based On The Quantities Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Quantities Smaller Than Those Specified Above. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Perform At Least 80% Of The Contract Value. If Such A Situation As Described In The Previous Sentence Occurs, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Compensation Or Contractual Penalty Against The Ordering Party.
