3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Equipment For Dci 4K 2D Digital Cinema Projection Together With Associated Equipment. The Scope Of The Order Includes Purchase, Delivery, Contribution, Installation, Configuration And Conducting A Test Cinema Projection Using The Installed Equipment. 4. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Free Service For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Task. The Service Will Include: A) Providing Year-Round Service Assistance In The Event Of Equipment Failure, Including, If Possible, Remote Professional Assistance; B) Providing Replacement Devices If It Is Necessary To Ensure The Cinemas Operation; C) Remote Software Updates; D) Replacement Of Operational Activities In The Event Of Wear And Tear At The Contractors Expense; E) The Service Includes A Response Time Of Up To 24 Hours From Reporting The Failure. 5. The Delivered Equipment Will Be Installed And Put Into Operation In The Building Of The Opole Cultural Center In Opole Lubelskie, Located At 30.6 Lubelska Street. The Contractors Obligations Include, If Necessary, Making All Electrical/Telecommunication Connections For The Installation Of The Supplied Equipment. Ultimately, It Is Planned That The Equipment Will Be Installed In Places Of Existing Electrical Connections. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Modify The Electrical/Telecommunication Installation In Order To Install The Delivered Devices. 7. As Part Of The Task, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Original, Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Originally Packed Equipment. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must: Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. All Elements Should Be Brand New, Compatible With Each Other And Perform Designated Functions Without The Need To Purchase Additional Elements. 8. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Mounted/Attached And Ready For Operation Without Any Additional Expenditure On The Part Of The Ordering Party.9.
