The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment For A Firefighter Of The State Fire Service To The Central School Of The State Fire Service In Częstochowa, In The Following Assortment And Quantities: Heavy Special Clothing 50 Sets (Basic Order) + 25 Sets (Option Right)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Information On Sizes Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To The Terms Of Reference 3. Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty: 24 Months.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Replace The Sizes Of Up To 10% Of The Total Quantity Of New And Unused Goods Specified In The Subject Of The Order Within 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods With New Goods Of A Different Size. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Tender Form The Number Of The Current Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection For The Offered Goods Issued By Cnbop, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use” (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended), Which Will Allow For The Identification Of The Offered Product.6. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Current Certificate Of Approval (With The Number Indicated In The Offer Form) For Use In Fire Protection For The Offered Goods, Issued By Cnbop, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Used To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007) No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended)7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out, At Its Own Expense, A Comprehensive Examination Of A Randomly Selected Sample Of The Goods From The Delivery In Order To Confirm The Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Goods Declared By The Manufacturer And In Terms Of Compliance With The Requirements Set Out In The Tender Conditions, Specified In The Terms Of Reference, At Cnbop Or Another Notified Testing Body Of Its Choice. If Non-Compliance With The Requirements Is Found During Tests Performed By A Notified Body, The Seller Will Be Obliged To Reimburse The Buyer For The Costs Of These Tests.8. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Swz And Its Annexes. 9. The Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Contract.10.
