Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services To Residents Of The City Of Lubartów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services To The Residents Of The City Of Lubartów, In Their Place Of Residence In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Pursuant To Article 50 Of The Social Assistance Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended);2. Provision Of The Above-Mentioned Care Services Cover The Following Scope: 1) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, I.E.: A) Maintaining Cleanliness In The Rooms Used By The Person Using The Services As Well As Sanitary Equipment And Sanitary Facilities, Ensuring A Safe Environment For Movement, B) Keeping Tableware, Kitchen Utensils And Other Household Equipment Used By The Person Using The Services Clean, Taking Care Of Food Hygiene, C) Washing And Changing Underwear, Including Personal Linen (Provided That A Washing Machine Is Available) Or Taking Underwear To The Laundry, D) Purchase Of Basic Groceries And Household Products - Assistance In Preparing A Shopping List, Information On Prices Of Goods, E) Preparing Meals Taking Into Account Diets Or Delivering One Hot Meal From The Daily Social Welfare Home In Lubartów, F) Assistance In Eating Meals, G) Burning In The Stove, Bringing Fuel And Water Only To Rooms Used By The Service User, H) Dealing With Official Matters, Paying Bills, Reliable And Timely Settlement Of Funds Spent, I) Organizing Walks, J) Assistance In Caring For Pets, Provided That The Animal Belongs To The Patient Who Is A Single Person. 2) Providing Basic Hygienic And Medical Care, I.E.: A) Assistance In Maintaining Personal Hygiene, Including Changing Diapers, B) Putting The Patient In Bed, Helping In Changing Body Position, C) Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores, D) Care Recommended By A Doctor (Administration Of Medications, Lubrication, Compresses, Tapping), E) Ordering Medical Visits, Contacting A Doctor In Matters Relating To The Clients Health, Filling Prescriptions, F) In Justified Cases, Accompanying The Client To And From The Hospital And Other Health Care Facilities.3) Ensuring Contacts With The Environment - Whenever Possible;3. The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Care Services During The Contract Execution Period Is 14,000 Hours, With An Option To Increase By A Maximum Of 1,000 Hours, And The Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Services Is 60 People; 4. Services Will Be Provided 7 Days A Week (Including Sundays And Holidays) From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M.;5. An Hour Of Service Provision Means 60 Minutes, Where The Time Of Service Provision Means The Time Of Performing The Ordered Scope Of Services. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Time Of Providing Services Does Not Include The Time Of Travel Or Arrival To The Place Of Provision Of Services
