The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of An X-Ray Tube Assembly For A Ge Computer Tomograph Model Optima Ct 660, Factory Number: 463082Hm8, To Spzoz In Choszczno. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Task Includes: Final Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Choszczno At Ul. Niedziałkowskiego 4A, 73-200 Choszczno, X-Ray And Ct Laboratory, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, For The Assortment That Is The Subject Of The Order, Manufactured And Delivered In Quantities And In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. Before Delivery And Installation In The Appropriate Workshop At The Ordering Partys Premises, The Lamp, After Acceptance Resulting In The Transfer Of Ownership Of The Lamp To The Ordering Party, Will Be Kept In Deposit With The Contractor For A Period Of Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Acceptance. During The Period Of Storage Of The Lamp, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 2-4 (Criterion Of Offer Selection) Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Request, To Deliver The Lamp And Install It In The Appropriate Workshop At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Subject Of The Contract Is Financed By The State Treasury - Minister Of Health, Under Contract No. Doi/Fm/Smpl/66/Mdsor/2023/197/344 For The Granting Of A Targeted Subsidy To Finance The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Modernization Of The Emergency Department, Including The Creation Of An Additional Decontamination Department And Modernization Of The Intensive Care Room And The Resuscitation Room, Reconstruction Of The Access Shelter For Ambulances And Retrofitting With Medical Equipment. Pursuant To Art. 257 Pzp, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It.
