The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Maintain Appropriate Documentation Of The Services Performed - Equipment Operation Report, Specifying Deadlines (Dates And Times), Organize Work Related To The Subject Of The Contract In A Way That Enables Proper Performance Of The Service And Without Disruptions To Road Traffic; • Follow The Ordering Partys Recommendations Related To Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Services Provided As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order And Undertakes To Cover Any Damage To Third Parties Resulting From Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Activities Entrusted To Him.
