The Purchase Of Equipment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Own Task Carried Out By The Łękawica Commune Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 And Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Grant Agreement No. Zkiv/241/2025/Rzecz Of November 4, 2025. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Detailed Technical Requirements, Is Included In Annex No. 4 Swz4. Common Procurement Vocabulary Name(S) And Code(S):(Cpv): 39522520-8 - Camp Beds.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Moreover, The Ordering Party Specifies That The Warranty Period For Defects Is Equal To The Offered Warranty Period.6. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Supplied By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Cannot, For Objective Reasons, Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Therefore Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Applied Equivalent Solutions Will Allow To Achieve All Technical Assumptions Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Burden Of Proof Rests With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That It Does Not Limit The Catalog Of Documents That The Contractor Should Submit In The Offer In Order To Prove Equivalence. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates The Reference Documents Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Contractor Should Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
