The Subject Order Delivery Of Power Supply Elements For The Water Treatment Plant In Prusinowice Concerns The Task Indicated In The Budget Of The Lutomiersk Commune Under The Name Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Prusinowice. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Power Supply Elements Intended For The Water Treatment Plant In Prusinowice, Including: Photovoltaic Set - Consisting Of Modules Photovoltaics, Hybrid Inverter And Supporting Structure; Energy Storage – Cooperating With A Hybrid Inverter And A Photovoltaic Installation, Providing A Buffer Of Electricity And The Possibility Of Using It In The Event Of A Power Outage From The Grid; Power Generator - With A Power Of 80 Kw, Intended For Emergency Power Supply Of The Station In The Event Of A Lack Of Energy From The Network Or Other Sources. The Order Includes: • Delivery Of All The Above-Mentioned Elements, • Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, • Unloading And Transfer Of Complete Technical And Warranty Documentation And Certificates Of Conformity.1.2 The Order Includes Only The Delivery And Unloading (Inserting/Bringing) Of The Elements Indicated Above In Section 1.1. The Order Does Not Include Assembly Of The Delivered Devices. Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Lutomiersk Commune. 2. Additional Comments And Requirements: 1) Materials Used For Implementation Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Unused, Produced No Earlier Than In 2025; 2) Materials Used For Implementation Must Be Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects; 3) The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service; 4) The Warranty For The Offered Products Must Be At Least 24 Months (The Length Of The Warranty Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers);5) Before Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval The Necessary Material Sheets, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of The Built-In Materials;6) The Ordering Party Requires Modular Construction Of The Energy Storage Facility;7) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Devices Have A Distribution Network Authorized In Poland And Stationary And Mobile Service Authorized In Poland.
