Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Protective Equipment And Clothing Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026

Part 1 - Purchase Of Personal And Protective Equipment; The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Transport, Unloading And Bringing Of Protective And Personal Clothing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Takes Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Provided Protective And Personal Clothing Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Unencumbered By Third Party Rights And In Accordance With European Union Standards And Polish Standards Transposing European Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least Two Days In Advance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Offer. The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Budget From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
